∎ Working Schedule:
∎ - Weekly: 5 days.
∎ - Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
∎ Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).
∎ Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
∎ Monitor and maintain clients activity.
∎ Response emails, calls and perform chat with the client.
∎ Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
∎ Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning.
∎ Research emerging products and provide the details to the concern department.
∎ Look after the organic, cross sales & up sales activities.
∎ Track the order and provide the necessary support to the client.
∎ Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills in the English language is required.
∎ Must have the ability to manage & motivate team members.
∎ Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
∎ Tech Savvy and passionate about IT.
∎ Must be a team player, approachable and creative-thinker.
∎ Proven experience of client service.
∎ Expertise in virtual office management systems.
