Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in video production and editing.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating videography and editing skills.

Skills:

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and production processes.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and audio production.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with photography and graphic design.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their video requirements.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and indoor locations.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media, and possess the skills necessary to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create videos that effectively communicate our brand’s message, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

• Plan, shot, and edited high-quality video content for various platforms including web, social media, and internal communications.
• Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Set up and tear down recording equipment before and after use.

Post-Production:

• Edit raw footage into a polished final product using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Add effects, graphics, music, and sound to enhance the video.
• Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Pre-Production:

• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Scout locations and plan video shoots to ensure high production value.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain an organized archive of video footage and projects.

Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video production quality.
• Experiment with new video formats and techniques to engage our audience.
