Additional Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in videography
Strong hands-on experience with DSLR or Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and sound equipment
Good understanding of camera movement, frame composition, and environment-based shooting
Must have a flexible, on-demand work mindset — willing to travel and shoot any time, at any location as per project needs
Ability to handle time pressure and complete shoots within deadlines
Strong communication skills and team cooperation
A portfolio or previous video samples must be submitted with the application
Responsibilities & Context:
Capture professional video footage at office, client sites, interviews, events, and various other locations

Follow scripts or directions to shoot purpose-driven video content

Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, tripods, gimbals, and sound equipment with confidence

Ensure proper framing, angles, lighting, and sound quality in all shoots

Safely manage, back up, and hand over video files to the editing team

Collaborate with the creative team to meet video production goals

Be flexible to work both indoor and outdoor as per content requirements

Occasionally assist with simple editing or content setup during urgent needs
