Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Edit long-form news videos and fast-paced short-form content (reels/shorts).
∎ Collect and organize relevant footage, b-roll, and archival media.
∎ Maintain a consistent visual tone and quality across all edits.
∎ Deliver polished, engaging edits on tight daily deadlines.
∎ Collaborate with a remote team of writers, producers, and creatives.
∎ Requirements:Minimum 3 years of video editing experience (preferably in news or media).
∎ Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
∎ Ability to cut for story clarity, rhythm, and viewer retention.
∎ Strong sense of pacing and visual storytelling.
∎ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
∎ Familiarity with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
