Additional Requirements:

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong skills in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.

• Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques.

• Knowledge of formats, aspect ratios, and exporting settings for different platforms.Strong sense of design, typography, and color theory.

• Hands-on experience in creating short-form and long-form video content.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator for asset creation is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new styles.

• Strong communication (Both English & Bengali) and collaboration skills to work effectively in team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Video Editor / Motion Designer (Full-time) to join our team for content creation. This role offers you the opportunity to work on diverse projects involving video production, editing, and motion graphics for digital platforms. As a full-time team member at IBIZN, you will play a key role in shaping engaging visual content that supports our brand and marketing initiatives while growing your professional expertise in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

• Design and animate motion graphics, titles, intros, and transitions.

• Collaborate with the creative team to bring storyboards and concepts to life.

• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals across all video content.

• Add sound design, background music, and voiceovers as needed.

• Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, animation, and digital storytelling.
