Job Responsibilities:
∎ Post-production of the video projects from start to finish.
∎ Editing video content that is in sync with the story/concept; this content has to fulfill an overarching audience satisfaction, fitting in with the remainder of the audience.
∎ Interacting with third-party production houses regarding video production & post-production.
∎ Ensuring progress of the video production process via acquisition/arrangement of equipment, the arrangement of resources, and establishment of logistics.
∎ Conceptualize original ideas for marketing campaigns that make use of Mime Multimedia Ltd’s existing expertise in new and creative ways.
∎ Explore new applications and techniques for video/animation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven 2 years of experience in the relevant area.
∎ A substantial portfolio demonstrating experience in video production.
∎ A thorough technical understanding of filmmaking basics (in terms of composition, color grading, equipment usage, lighting, voice-recording, post-production, set design, and more)
∎ Expertise in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut pro, and Da Vinci Resolve is required.
∎ A good grasp of creating a cohesive narrative that presents a complete story from beginning to end (coupled with storyboarding and scripting skills)
∎ Project management, maintaining time efficiencies, and motivating all team members.
∎ Storytelling skills to help create a narrative for each content, and develop content that stands out and resonates with the audience.
∎ The drive and determination to learn and self-improve on the job while embracing constructive criticism.
∎ The resilience to work across a number of projects and balance a workload.
∎ Cinematography skills will get more preference.
∎ Audio recording skills on Logic are preferred.
∎ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects is preferred.
