Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

• Edit 10–15 videos per month (each video approx. 1–2 minutes long).

• Produce exports in both 9:16 (vertical) and 16:9 (horizontal) formats as needed.

• Create strong hooks/intros, maintain pacing, use jump cuts, and add b-roll where appropriate.

• Add Bangla + English captions/subtitles with a clean, readable style.

• Perform basic color correction and audio cleanup (noise reduction, level balancing).

• Sync music/SFX and apply basic motion graphics when required.

• Deliver multiple versions (A/B variations) for campaigns when needed.

• Provide multiple rounds of revisions when necessary.

• Create/edit 1–2 animated videos per month (simple motion/animated style).

Requirements

1. Proficiency in CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / VN (any one is fine).

2. Skilled in video cutting, subtitles, audio cleanup, and basic color correction.

3. Good understanding of short-form, ad-style storytelling.

4. Able to meet deadlines and comfortable with revisions.

5. Must have own PC/phone and stable internet for remote work.
