• Knowledge of After Effects will be considered a plus.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and video aesthetics is preferred.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and feedback-handling skills.

• Students with solid video editing skills are also encouraged to apply.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory — what matters most to us are your skills, dedication, and reliability.

Main Task

মূল দায়িত্ব হবে raw footage সংগ্রহ করে সেটি ইউটিউব ভিডিও কন্টেন্টে রূপান্তর করা।
(The primary responsibility is to collect footage and turn it into high-quality YouTube video content.)

Responsibilities

• Internet থেকে raw footage collect করে একটি compelling story তৈরি করা
  (Collect raw footage from the Internet and create a cohesive story)

• Raw footage edit এবং polish করে professional-quality videos তৈরি করা
  (Edit and polish raw footage into professional videos)

• Audio, motion graphics (যদি প্রয়োজন হয়), transitions, এবং storytelling enhancements যোগ করা
  (Add audio, motion graphics if needed, transitions, and storytelling enhancements)

• Feedback অনুযায়ী content refine করা এবং consistent quality maintain রাখা
  (Refine content based on feedback while maintaining quality)

• একাধিক project একসাথে manage করে timely delivery নিশ্চিত করা
  (Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery)
