∎ Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in advertising, content creation, or marketing roles.
∎ Experience with Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads.
∎ Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
∎ Video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools). Strong writing skills for ad copy and content creation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute paid and organic advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Google.
∎ Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
∎ Develop engaging content, including videos, graphics, and posts, for social media and other platforms.
∎ Collaborate with the team to create course promotion materials.
∎ Marketing Strategy:
∎ Design creative marketing plans to promote training programs and services.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on marketing trends.
∎ Strengthen the brand's identity and establish it as a leader in mobile servicing and youth development.
∎ Plan campaigns around unemployment solutions, skill development, and other key themes.
∎ Work closely with trainers, service center experts, and other team members to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
∎ Manage a small creative team if necessary.
