Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

• Edit interview-based videos from raw footage provided by the production team

• Select appropriate interview dialogues and remove unnecessary (NG) shots

• Use B-roll footage creatively to enhance storytelling

• Add title cards, name tags, and other basic graphics

• Create and sync Bangla and English subtitles

• Perform basic color correction and color grading

• Enhance audio quality when required

• Export high-quality videos optimized for social media platforms

• Work on a variety of content such as: Simple product animation, Reels and short-form videos, Modern text motion graphics, AI-assisted video generation and editing.

Note: Most projects are easy, linear, and structured, not complex cinematic edits.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate video editing skills

• Experience with Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut

• Understanding of timelines, cuts, transitions, subtitles, and exports

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently (this is very important)

Note: Highly expert editors are not mandatory. If you have basic editing skills and the willingness to learn, we will guide and train you.

Additional Preferences:

• Having a personal editing laptop is a plus (not mandatory)
