∎ Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production and voice-over work.
∎ Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
∎ Exceptional storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual composition and detail.
∎ Excellent command of both English and Bangla, with a versatile and clear speaking voice.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

∎ Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative video content ideas.
