Title: VICE PRINCIPAL
Company Name: Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd
Vacancy: 01
Age: 30 to 55 years
Job Location: Noakhali
Salary: Negotiable
Experience:
1. Visionary Islamic Leadership (Amanah & Ihsan)The ability to inspire staff and students toward a noble vision — not through authority alone, but through personal example, spiritual depth, and a genuine love of knowledge. The VP must understand that this role is an Amanah (sacred trust) — answerable first to Allah, then to the community.
2. Operational Excellence (Nizam / Order)Smart Academy runs on structured systems: timetables, duty rosters, examination cycles, BANBEIS submissions, committee agendas. The VP must be a person of meticulous order — someone who builds systems that run even in their absence.
3. People-Centered Authority (Rahmah & Adl)The VP will supervise 65+ staff members and serve 500+ students. Authority must be exercised with compassion — correcting without humiliating, directing without dictating, holding people accountable while preserving their dignity.
4. Academic Judgment (Ilm)This is an academic institution at its heart. The VP must be able to evaluate the quality of a lesson, review a curriculum, interpret assessment data, and make evidence-based decisions about teaching quality — not merely manage administration.
5. Crisis ReadinessWhen a student is injured, a staff member acts inappropriately, a parent erupts in anger, or a government official arrives unannounced — the VP is the first and final responder. Composure, competence, and clarity under pressure are non-negotiable.
6. Communication Across LevelsThe VP must write compelling reports for the Principal and Board, hold frank conversations with underperforming teachers, reassure anxious parents, inspire students in morning assembly, and represent Smart Academy at national forums — all with equal effectiveness.
7.Strategic Thinking (Tafakkur)The school is growing. Class 10 launches in 2027. The VP must think beyond today's problems to tomorrow's opportunities — contributing to expansion planning, staffing models, curriculum development, and community engagement strategy.
