Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with MPhil /Phd/FCPS/MS/MD in respective subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementing the curriculum, syllabus, teaching methods and evaluation system of the college
∎ Supervising and monitoring the academic activities, research projects, examinations and results of the faculty members and students
∎ Coordinating and liaising with the university, the ministry of health, the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council, and other relevant authorities and organisations
∎ Managing and maintaining the college infrastructure, facilities, equipment, budget, records and reports
∎ Motivating and mentoring the faculty members and students to achieve academic excellence and professional development

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 57 years
∎ Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years of teaching experience as a professor or associate professor in a medical college hospital or in any govt. institution
∎ The age limit is not strict for candidates with proven experience.
∎ Additional Requirements: As per BM&DC Rules.

Salary:
∎ As per institutional pay scale.
