Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate strategy, plan, and policy & implement academic and non-academic; interventions to achieve the core objective of the school; Lead, train, and motivate School stakeholders; Promote a positive, caring climate for learning; Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success; Collaborate and coordinate with local and international education institutes; Overviewing administrative and operational functions & discipline; Ensuring implementation of academic policies and curriculum; Conduct Training & Workshops directed towards performance improvement of teachers; Lead daily school activities by participating in the development of class schedules, teacher assignments, and extracurricular activity schedules; Continuous value addition for establishing exemplary academic institutions in the country;
