Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate strategy, plan, and policy & implement academic and non-academic; interventions to achieve the core objective of the school;
∎ Lead, train, and motivate School stakeholders;
∎ Promote a positive, caring climate for learning;
∎ Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success;
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with local and international education institutes;
∎ Overviewing administrative and operational functions & discipline;
∎ Ensuring implementation of academic policies and curriculum;
∎ Conduct Training & Workshops directed towards performance improvement of teachers;
∎ Lead daily school activities by participating in the development of class schedules, teacher assignments, and extracurricular activity schedules;
∎ Continuous value addition for establishing exemplary academic institutions in the country;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
