∎ Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (preferably with a background in Special Education or equivalent).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Expertise in the Cambridge curriculum for pre-primary, primary, and secondary levels (K–12) would be an advantage.
∎ Minimum of two years of teaching experience.Strong leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Proficiency in educational technology and school management software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Principal in managing and overseeing daily school operations.
∎ Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
∎ Supervise and evaluate teachers and support staff.
∎ Coordinate curriculum development and ensure adherence to educational standards.
∎ Manage student discipline and support student development.
∎ Facilitate communication between parents, teachers, and administrative staff.
∎ Organize and oversee school events and extracurricular activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and school policies
