Education:
- Bachelor of Arts (Pass) in Education
- Master of Arts (MA) in Education
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education or physics/chemistry/math/botany/Zoology/ICT/CSE/Accounting/English/Management/Geography/History/Economics/Social work/Political Science or any other subject having fluency in English .
- Teaching certification or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Design and follow a complete teaching plan.
- Organize learning material and resources.
- Use a variety of activities and instructional methods ( stories , media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
- Use a variety of instructional materials to address learner variability.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in professional development and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Support the school's mission and values through effective teaching
