Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and follow a complete teaching plan.Organize learning material and resources.
∎ Use a variety of activities and instructional methods ( stories , media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities.
∎ Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
∎ Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
∎ Use a variety of instructional materials to address learner variability.
∎ Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
∎ Assess and evaluate student performance regularly.
∎ Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
∎ Participate in professional development and school events.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
∎ Support the school's mission and values through effective teaching
