∎ Age 26 to 42 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inspect vehicle and equipment and record issues before dispatch and after arrival.
∎ Ensure that vehicles are sent for maintenance on PM regular schedule and unscheduled repairs.
∎ Ensure that all vehicles are kept clean and washed as per SOP.
∎ Check and accept product complains & courier items and record them as per SOP.
∎ Maintain the logs and other documents and update on time/shift.
∎ Control of fuel issues and checking of strainers on each trip.
∎ Carry out duties in a safe and competent manner and report immediately any unsafe or defective equipment or practices.
∎ Carry out duties within standard hygiene practice, efficiently and within the specified
∎ Inspection of vehicle and equipment recording conditions and damages before dispatch or after arrival.
∎ Inspection of Tachograph and other safety devices and highlight immediately any deviation to Team Manager for appropriate action.
∎ Install Tachograph and obtain driver’s signature before dispatch and after arrival.
∎ Check available tools on arrival of reefer and confirm the list to Team Manager.
∎ Inspect vehicle components and equipment on arrival for any defects and service/PTI stickers for necessary action. Endorse to Team Manager further action required.
∎ Record Odometer kilometer / cooling unit hour reading to update monthly report.
