∎ Age 20 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reviewing, organizing, and editing raw video footage to create a cohesive and engaging final product.
∎ Utilizing advanced editing software and techniques, including color correction, color grading, visual effects, and sound design.
∎ Developing rough cuts based on scripts or storyboards and then refining them to create the final product.
∎ Organizing and managing all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow.
∎ Optimizing video content for different platforms and audience preferences, such as social media, TV, YouTube, OTT and Others.
∎ Maintaining high quality and accuracy in all aspects of the video production process.
∎ Working closely with directors, and other creative team members to understand their vision and ensure the final product meets their expectations.
∎ Providing constructive feedback on footage and edits and making revisions as needed.
∎ Review footage and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value.
∎ Edit audio, add effects, transitions, and graphics to improve video quality.
∎ Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the footage.
∎ Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
∎ Create rough and final cuts.
∎ Digitally improve picture quality
∎ Add visual effects, graphics, pictures, music, and sound effects.
∎ Adhering to style guidelines and maintaining a consistent brand image as the director and producer require.
