• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise-level SaaS or ERP platforms.

• Demonstrated portfolio of data-driven UX projects showcasing complex workflow design and multi-persona applications.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (with advanced component variants, auto-layout, prototyping), Adobe XD, and Sketch.

• Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design principles.

• Hands-on experience with design tokens, atomic design methodology, and scalable design systems.

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks and ability to collaborate effectively with developers; HTML5, CSS3 knowledge preferred.

• Proven ability to balance business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints in enterprise application design.

• Agency or consultancy experience delivering end-to-end UX projects for complex systems is highly desirable.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP, HRIS, CRM, or large-scale SaaS product interfaces.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows and UX documentation best practices.

• Strong understanding of data visualization, task automation UX, and workflow optimization techniques.

• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers.

Purpose of the job:

Daffodil Group is seeking a UX/UI Designer with proven expertise in enterprise-scale application design, design system architecture, and complex multi-state interface workflows. This role is UX-first with a deep focus on user research, interaction design, and human-centered problem-solving for ERP, HRIS, and enterprise dashboard applications.

The ideal candidate will have agency-level design experience and the ability to translate business processes into seamless, data-driven user experiences that enhance productivity and usability at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX strategy for enterprise ERP web applications, ensuring designs address end-to-end user journeys for multiple personas (HR, Operations, Management, Employees).

• Develop and maintain atomic design systems and component libraries with multi-state, reusable UI patterns for consistency and scalability.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, contextual inquiries, A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics reviews) to validate design decisions.

• Create information architectures, user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes optimized for enterprise usage.

• Design interactive dashboards with data visualization best practices to present complex information in a clear, actionable format.

• Apply heuristic evaluation, cognitive load reduction techniques, and accessibility (WCAG) compliance for inclusive user experiences.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to ensure design feasibility and technical integration.

• Leverage analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) to make data-driven UX optimizations.

• Facilitate design thinking workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive consensus on UX direction.

• Ensure cross-browser, responsive, and adaptive design compatibility across web and mobile enterprise environments.
