Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview:
Daffodil International School (English Version), Dhanmondi is looking for a dedicated and qualified Bangla Teacher to join its school teaching team. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Bangla language to school-level students, encouraging active learning, and helping students develop strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in Bangla. The teacher will also contribute to the school’s academic and cultural activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and update lesson plans and deliver engaging Bangla lessons in line with the NCTB curriculum for SSC and primary levels.
-Assess students’ performance through exams, assignments, and classroom activities.
-Provide academic support and guidance to students who need extra help.
-Participate actively in school meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
-Organize and support co-curricular and cultural activities related to language and literature.
-Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports on time.
-Promote the school’s values and ensure discipline both inside and outside the classroom.
