Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and establish effective control over all academic, administrative, and operational functions with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Drive student enrollment growth, revenue generation, and institutional development through a target-oriented and sustainability-focused approach.
Ensure effective monitoring, supervision, compliance, and operational excellence by building high-performing teams through mentoring, accountability, and performance management across all departments.
Develop and implement the institution’s strategic plan, in collaboration with the Top management/Management and other stakeholders
Provide leadership and direction to faculty and staff to ensure the highest standards of
academic excellence and student success
Proper implementation of the use/ application of the smart edu system in every phase of the organization
Oversee the Development and implementation of the student centric academic approach
Oversee the development and implementation of innovative academic programs that meet the needs of a diverse student body
Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity that celebrates the unique contributions of all
members of the Institute community
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the institution’s reputation and brand image, and build strong relationships with the community and industry partners
Ensure that the Institution operates in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and
accreditation standards
Collaborate with other senior staff to manage the institution budget and financial operations
Developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate with parents and
involve them in the Institute for further collaboration and development.
Strengthen career facilities services and alumni engagement by initiating structured job placement programs, alumni mentorship opportunities.
Promote faculty development and research excellence by organizing regular training sessions, implementing performance-based evaluations, and encouraging faculty-led research publications and innovation projects.
Ensure robust institutional governance through, full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards to uphold transparency and accountability.
Build strategic partnerships and institutional visibility by participating in national and international events, forming collaborative ventures with academic and industry stakeholders, and expanding the institution’s reputation and influence.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related discipline (minimum).
Ph.D. in Education preferred.
Minimum 15 years teaching experience in TVET/BTEB-affiliated institutions level with proven leadership.
Applicants must have 3-5 years of working experience as Vice Principal and or Principal, in any reputed Polytechnic Institute.
Comprehensive expertise in BTEB curriculum design, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated success in building trust across academic, industry, and government networks.
Proficiency in leveraging digital education tools, AI integration, and system automation to enhance institutional efficiency and learning outcomes.
Strategic thinker with outstanding analytical, communication, and decision-making capabilities, able to address complex challenges with innovative solutions.
Strong emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership style, and an unwavering commitment to institutional ethics, team empowerment, and collaborative growth.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities with resilience and agility, while maintaining high standards of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated awareness of higher and technical education trends, ensuring alignment with national goals and global best practices.
