∎ পিকেএসএফ এর অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত এবং MRA সনদ প্রাপ্ত কোন ক্ষুদ্র ঋণদানকারী সংস্থায় সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে ন্যূনতম ২(দুই) বছর বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
∎ কম্পিউটার জানা (MS Word, MS Excel), ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজিং ও সফ্টওয়ার সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারনা ও পরিচালনায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে
∎ প্রার্থীদের মোটর সাইকেল চালানো বাধ্যতামূলক এবং বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে
∎ শুধু মাত্র যারা কর্মরত আছেন তারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন

∎ পল্লী কর্ম সহায়ক ফাউন্ডেশন (পিকেএসএফ) ও ব্যাংকের অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত সংস্থার ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রমে ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম, রংপুর ও রাজশাহী বিভাগের আওতাধীন কর্ম এলাকাসমুহের জন্য নিম্নবর্ণিত পদে জরুরী ভিত্তিতে জনবল নিয়োগ করা হবে।
