Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science or equivalent degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of Upazila Manager will ensure the Project approaches are fully understood and implemented effectively by the field staff, monitor the field activities actively and take necessary adjustment as it required, maintain coordination in organization of training, workshop. Facilitate training and workshop, ensure that all of the activities are implementing in accordance to guidance. Ensure proper record keeping and generation of report on program activities and regularly verify the field level events reporting system, maintain network-linkage as well as to maintain liaison with GoB managers and service providers for ensuring MNCAH and Nutrition services to referred cases from community level.
∎ Details:
∎ To develop relevant tools for process and input monitoring activities of the project.
∎ Technical support to the Union Facilitators, CP worker and Community Volunteers as well as the Project Management sharing the field findings for improving the quality of the field activities.
∎ Monitor the all procurements of the project.
∎ Responsible for checking and quality ensuring of project activities implementation.
∎ Responsible for producing the project reports as per schedule/project documents and assist District Manager to ensure the same to VERC.
∎ To take lead role in case of any survey/study in the project before/after implementation of activities to the targeted beneficiaries of the project
∎ Establish good coordination and liason with LGIs representatives for sustainalities of the project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 3 years relevant experiences in managing and administering community interventions;
∎ Experience of community mobilization, community situation analysis,COVID-19, health, Nutrition, communication for development and Child Protection;
∎ Good coordination and networking skills with community and LGI representatives
∎ Should have valid driving license and willing to drive Motorcycle.
∎ Good at computer applications i.e MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using e-mail.
∎ Experience on PRA, CLTS/CATS will be counted as additional value.
∎ Note: In case of candidates with more experience; age and educational qualification would be relaxed. Female candidate are equally encourage to apply.
