Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any relevant fields.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having at least 5 years of relevant working experiences at I/NGO including 2 years in project management and supervisory position.
∎ Upazila Coordinator will be responsible for planning, field implementing, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities around the target Union Health and Family Welfare Centers (UHFWC) in the Upazila.
∎ This position will coordinate and collaborate with the target heath facilities, government health and family welfare offices at Upazila level, different potential individuals, and institutions for smooth implementation of planned interventions and to bring the expected results.
∎ S/he will take all necessary initiative to build up capacity of the Upazila based project team members in line with project objectives and designed interventions.
∎ This position is also responsible to document the project learning, experiences at the ground and communicate with Project Office at district level for next course of directions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experiences in I/NGO project implementation and 2-years in management position.
∎ Ability to lead a Upazila-based project set up.
∎ Having some knowledge relating to maternal and neo-born health issues and field implementation of health focused projects.
∎ Good communication skill and writing reports in English.
∎ Good skill in computer applications, MS Office and internet using.
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 36672 (Monthly)
