প্রবেশন (পরীক্ষাকালীন) সময়ে বেতন হবে ২০,০০০ টাকা এবং চাকরি নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর বেতন হবে ২৫,৫০০ টাকা (মোবাইল বিল ১৯৫ টাকা)।
প্রবেশন মেয়াদ: ৬ মাস। কর্মদক্ষতার মূল্যায়নের ভিত্তিতে স্থায়ী নিয়োগ প্রদান করা হবে।
স্থায়ী নিয়োগের পর প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড (PF), গ্র্যাচুইটি এবং বীমা সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
চাকরিতে যোগদানের সময় একটি ফেরতযোগ্য নিরাপত্তা জামানত জমা দিতে হবে, যা সংস্থার নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী পরবর্তীতে ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে
অন্যান্য সুবিধাসমূহ সংস্থার প্রচলিত নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হবে।
