∎ Skilled in computer literacy, reporting and other related documentation
∎ Commitment to working with Humanitarian organization
∎ Willingness to be based in the field.
∎ Fluent communication with the community in the local language is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect and validate data and verify eligible bkash number for the potential beneficiaries
∎ Establish community based early warning dissemination mechanism
∎ Facilitate orientation and consultation of Anticipatory Actions activities at UDMC and WDMC
∎ Organize orientation, training with different stakeholders
∎ Facilitate to prepare community level preparedness plan
∎ Supervise CPP volunteer work and assist and guide volunteers for the smooth functioning activities.
∎ Re-activate and functioning of cyclone shelter management committee
∎ Any other assignments of organizational management

∎ Uttaran is an NGO working in Bangladesh since 1985 to uphold rights and entitlements and to improve the socio-economic condition of the poor and disadvantaged community people. Uttaran is a people-centered organization using a rights-based approach to alleviate poverty, diversify livelihood opportunities and empower poor communities of Bangladesh.
∎ Supported by the WFP, Uttaran is implementing “Cyclone Anticipatory Action” project for selected southwestern coastal districts in Khulna Division. Uttaran invites applications for the vacant position titled- Union Field Facilitator for this project.
∎ Reports to: Upazila Coordinator
∎ Employment Status: Contractual- (Fixed Term Contract)
∎ Main Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ A Upazila Union Field Facilitator will be responsible for the following tasks (Including but not limited to):
