Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the upazila team in preparing monthly work plan, DIP and AIP
∎ Organizing inception workshops at union level
∎ Identifying most vulnerable villages through union consultation meeting and transect walk as well as provide supportive supervision in different stages of BHH selection i.e. wealth ranking, HH verification, HH registration etc.
∎ Provide supportive supervision to FF in group formation, specially Mother and Children Group and Adolescent group
∎ Monitoring as well as on the job training to FF and SCMs to increase their capacity in quality delivery through regular field visits
∎ Contribute in implementing nutrition and gender integrated activities
∎ Perform required financial and administrative activities to ensure smooth implementation at union level
∎ Keeping regular communication with representatives from technical partners to assure on time guidance
∎ Maintaining good liaison with different stakeholders at union level
∎ Identification and formation of Mother and Children Group and ensure regular courtyard sessions through FF and SCM with technical support of GCDO
∎ Ensuring that specific nutrition session takes place in Pusti Dol meetings and proper cooking demonstrations are conducted by FF
∎ Support the CHCP to conduct the GMP sessions at community clinics and perform other nutrition improvement activities
∎ Ensuring that GMP sessions are conducted regularly in EPI outreach
∎ Ensuring regular visit and counseling of PLW by SCM
∎ Conduct joint monitoring with designated union health worker at community clinics
∎ Perform key role in organizing and participating in different day observations like World Breastfeeding Day, World Handwashing Day, Safe Motherhood Day etc.
∎ Skill development of Community Group and Community Support Group in coordination with GCDO
∎ Organize and facilitate nutrition orientation events for religious leaders and influential form the community jointly with GCDO
∎ Preparing beneficiary training plan for HFP, poultry, aquaculture, IGA and VMF and support FF in performing these trainings
∎ Preparing refreshers training/coaching session plan for HFP, poultry, aquaculture, IGA and VMF and support FF in performing these trainings and regular follow-up of VMF and demonstration ponds.
∎ Support FF in organizing training and campaigns for vaccination training for livestock and poultry
∎ Regular follow-up of adolescent life skill improvement sessions conducted through the cascade model by peer leaders
∎ Organize financial literacy training for IGA beneficiaries
∎ Organize linkage building events for sharing production and experience among VMF and demonstration pond beneficiaries with market actors and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Organize folk song, road show and other awareness events
∎ Planning, coordination and implementation of ward meeting for RMA, Bigger Picture, PSPM, Business Planning and IGA
∎ Technical guidance to FF for forming GPUK and VSLA groups as well as skill development of the members and leaders from these groups through meetings and other events
∎ Extend support to GCDO for organizing and facilitating life skill training for peer leaders of adolescent groups
∎ Support the Union Coordinator (UC) in organizing folk songs, folk drama and other community awareness events
∎ Skill development of UP and relevant standing committees
∎ Supportive supervision at field level through regular follow-up and monitoring activities of front line staffs
∎ Collection, compilation and submission of progress update to supervisor
∎ Preparation and sharing of relevant case study and success stories
∎ Process monitoring through tab based MIS system
∎ Preservation of progress update report and other relevant information
∎ Participate in different meeting, training, workshop and any other event
∎ Any task assigned by RDRS management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 (three) years' experience in community based development activities, notably in nutrition and livelihoods areas.
∎ 01 (one) year's experience in IGA inputs distribution related activities may be given preference.
∎ Good Communication, facilitation and motivational skills.
∎ Has the ability of driving Motorcycle.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
