Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creative process, and projects involving motion graphics and visual storytelling.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. Experience with motion design tools and animation software is a plus.
• Understanding: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, responsive design, and the role of motion graphics in enhancing user experience.
• Creativity: Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics in both static and dynamic designs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions and concepts.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a passion for delivering polished, innovative, and engaging design solutions.

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Dhaka office. Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge software solutions that exceed client expectations, and we need a creative designer to help us achieve that goal.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience, along with skills in creative graphic design and motion graphics and videos, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, compelling graphic designs, and engaging motion graphics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user experiences across various platforms while contributing to the visual identity and interactive elements of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Prototype: Create engaging and effective user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. Develop wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual designs.
• Graphics Design: Produce high-quality creative graphic designs for marketing materials, branding, and digital assets, social media ensuring alignment with the company’s visual identity.
• Motion Graphics: Design and create compelling creative motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and video content for all platform to enhance user engagement and storytelling.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Design Standards: Maintain and enhance design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across products.
• Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving project requirements.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, including motion graphics and animation techniques, to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
