∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deeply passionate about creative design.
∎ Must have an outstanding design portfolio.
∎ Experience designing software-as-a-service ++
∎ Experience with successful software implementations in real business applications (web or mobile).
∎ Dynamically change the styles, moods, and layouts of your template designs focusing on different user groups and markets.
∎ 3+ years of experience working in IT-related company UI & UX Designer, Product Designer, UX researcher or similar UX related role for digital products.
∎ Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
∎ Analyze and extend the features of our existing products in terms of usability and UX.
∎ Collaborate closely with Product and Design to develop long term research plans
∎ Adapt and innovate research methods to deliver the right insights for the problem
∎ Research and advocate for product design best practices.
∎ Be ready to self-organize and self-manage and make own decisions about what to do in order to deliver the result.
∎ Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand the requirements and technical constraints of a project.
∎ Plan, ideate and involve constructive feedback on every page of your web-template design, you must own and define the whole process yourself
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of experience working in IT-related company UI & UX Designer, and Product Designer, UX researcher or similar UX related role for digital products.
∎ Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and bootstrap. Also need to know Vue/React JS.
∎ Strong Knowledge about CSS and JS Preprocessors tools. (Ex- sass, web pack, gulp etc.)
∎ Strong understanding of mobile and web interface patterns and guidelines.
∎ Excellent graphic design skill, color theory, fonts and illustration.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphics Design, UI design, UX design.
∎ Knowledge of Design Thinking process.
∎ Understanding of interaction design principles.
∎ Must have Concept of wire framing, Prototyping.
∎ Should have clear idea about Material design and Human Centered Design, Responsive design layout.
∎ Experienced with strong understanding in Front-End and UI Development.
∎ Strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines including discernment of which projects are of greatest value to the company and marketing team.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest UI&UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
∎ Must have knowledge about Laravel structure. Because sometimes need to work with backend developer.
