Job Overview:
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for delivering an exceptional user experience across our digital platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires both creativity and analytical skills to transform high-level requirements into intuitive, functional user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Figma Design: Proficient in Figma Design System, including auto layout, components, and variants.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Visual Design: Create high-fidelity designs focusing on aesthetics, usability, and responsiveness across devices.
- Interaction Design: Design user interactions, transitions, and animations for an enhanced experience.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design vision meets business goals.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across all digital products.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
