∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Preference will be given to candidates who has experience in salt and detergent sales.
∎ Well reputed in own thana/district to be able to appoint new dealers for salt, detergent and others items of the company.
∎ If you have a motorcycle with driving license, it will be considered an additional qualification.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare sales strategy for salt, detergent & kitchen bar.
∎ Collect orders & sales collection from customers.
∎ Appoint new dealer and sales force in blank market.
∎ Achieve weekly, monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Monitor sales force daily activities-including attendance, visit & sales/order collection.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly sales plan/report.
∎ Manage sales team.
∎ Create market & increase market share in responsible area’s.
∎ Market location: Dhaka, Manikganj, Munshi Ganj, Narayanganj, Habiganj, Sunamganj, Comilla, Feni, Chandpur, Laxmipur, Noakhali, Rajbari, Faridpur, Gopalganj, Jessore, Kushtia, Pabna, Natore, Sirajganj, Bagura, Rajshahi, Nagaoan
