Safwan Bashundhara Global (Bashundhara & King Brand Cement) is looking for experienced sales personnel to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining key relationships, generating new customers, monitoring the activities of sales representatives, managing distributor inventory, and managing customer inquiries and orders.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and increasing market share.

• Maintaining liaisons with key departments to ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations.

• Generate new customers and ensure market coverage in assigned areas.

• Attending customer/distributor inquiries, quoting prices, taking orders, and following up on orders.

• Responsible for driving sales in the cement trade segment.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints.

• Properly monitoring the daily activities of the SR in assigned areas.

• Maintaining good relationships with distributors & ensuring the optimum level of inventory at the distributor’s warehouse.
