∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Sales, Team Building Skill, Team Leader (Sales)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Handling Distributors or Dealers, Sales & Marketing, Trade Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create new distributor for stationary product.
∎ To Monitor sales team for fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target set by the management.
∎ To develop sales & marketing strategy for achieving sales goal within assign area .
∎ To understand the market for stationery product .
∎ To implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
∎ To Monitor the competition and analyzing competitors' strategies.
∎ To be responsible for maintain a strong relationship with existing Distributor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience from stationery product sales is highly preferable.
∎ willingness to work a flexible schedule and significant local travel to current and potential clients
Compensation & Other Benefits:
