Job Context:
∎ Fly Far Ladies is the best travel agency in the Bangladeshi tour & travel sector. Our main services are Air ticketing & Hotel booking, international visa processing, arrange package tours for domestic & international.
∎ We are looking for experienced, Energetic, well-mannered, creative, and ambitious candidates to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of tour management and hotel booking.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Group tour arrangement,
∎ Social media handle
∎ Tour contents writing, e-mail handling,
∎ office work handling.
∎ Hotel Reservation & Package related works
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Sorting out issues that may increase bookings or reservations.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Have experience in group ticket arrangement and act as a tour guide if needed.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be leadership quality, smart, proactive, and hardworking.
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules, and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 days' work from home and 3 days' work from the office
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Yearly Increment will be provided.
