Job Context:
∎ Flexibility/Willingness to work from 6.30 PM to 12.30 AM
∎ Have tendency to work in weekends and holidays
∎ Willingness to travel from one place to another place
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bank & Cash Management
∎ Bank & Cash Reconciliation
∎ Process Vendor payment
∎ Daily Expenses tracking
∎ Prepare disbursement files
∎ On time payment disbursement
∎ Payment receipt send to concerned team
∎ Accumulating payment information for disbursement
∎ Preparing documents for bank & financial institutions
∎ Communicate with different stakeholders
∎ Preparing different financial reports on demand
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills and managing skills in dealing with cross-functional team members.
