Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visa processing (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen)
∎ Flight booking
∎ Hotel booking
∎ Customer service & support
∎ Coordination with Head of Operations
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
∎ Maintain client's data records regularly
∎ Keep Head of Operations informed about competitors and market trends/practices and complaints if any
∎ Maintain excellent relationships with clients/customers and provide good support
∎ and assistance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
