• Candidates with Experience in Visa Processing for Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan. South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other countries will be prioritized.

• Experience on OTA, Booking etc.

• Good English Writing Skills Required.

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients seeking visa and travel-related services. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the visa application process, provide information, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Assist clients with visa application procedures and required documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with embassies, VFS centers, and other authorities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa requirements, rules, and processing timelines.
• Review client documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with clients throughout the process and provide timely updates.
• Resolve client complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
