Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of travel and real estate-related services, such as lead management, air ticketing, hotel booking, and visa processing.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools will be a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

  • Provide detailed information about travel packages, booking options, and visa procedures.

  • Inform potential Real Estate customers about the latest industry trends.

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Support the sales and operations team in day-to-day tasks.

  • Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
