Educational Requirements:
∎ The ideal person should have Master degree preferably in in social science/development studies/ disaster management/other development related fields
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Field Coordinator and project team for the implementation of the 2020 KOICA Humanitarian Assistance Project as per the grant/partnership agreement and Project Implementation Plan (PIP).
∎ Responsible for conducting Training Need Assessment and developing Training Manual as per the project need.
∎ Responsible for developing training material (IEC) including innovative ideas for training materials.
∎ Identify appropriate training method for different focus groups of the community.
∎ Develop training plan and conduct training to the community and other stokeholds.
∎ Responsible for developing training evaluation method and conduct training evaluation.
∎ Assist in research activities as well as collect data/information for further project development.
∎ Support to the team on beneficiary selection and program implementation process as well humanitarian response.
∎ Develop and maintain good relationship with all government agencies, NGOs, partner organizations, Union/Upazilla/District Disaster Management Committee and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Support the project team in formation and re-activation of various community level committees.
∎ Ensure good individual and team performance in support of quality and good stewardship, through coaching, mentoring and regular meetings in line of quality assurance.
∎ Arrange personal travel to attend forums, meetings and to field locations as necessary.
∎ Ensure writing and submission of Training Reports as and when required.
∎ Support hosting the donor and other visits to the project sites.
∎ Support in procurement process for the project related procurements.
∎ Assist humanitarian emergency disaster management (if happen during project).
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years working experience of in training field, preferably with NGO.
∎ Strong communication skill in English and Bangla both is required.
∎ Good report writing skills.
∎ Experience on WaSH (especially on MHM) and Disaster Management related trainings are preferred.
∎ Capacity to negotiate with government officials/stakeholders.
∎ Stewardship of resources, transparency and accountability.
∎ Maintain a high morale with integrity and honesty.
∎ Capacity to handle multi tasks & prioritize job responsibilities
∎ Having valid motor cycle driving license is preferred.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 38000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Approximately
