∎ Graduate in any discipline.

Job Context:
∎ Mamata is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) has been implementing different Programs and Projects including RISE (Reimagining Industry to Support Equality) Project for providing Awareness and Training to Garments workers and Factory Management on financial literacy, digital finance, gender, health & hygiene, nutrition, OHS, communication, occupational hazard management, safety, workplace environment development issues in RMG sector looking to fill up the position.
∎ RISE Project
∎ Dhaka (With regular Factory visit located at Gazipur, Savar, Narayangonj etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer operating skill (MS Office Program) and capability of reporting and communication in English is a must.
∎ Experience of training for Garments workers in labour law or other institutional training will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Selected candidate will be entitled to two festival bonus, travel cost to the work place for training and Mobile bill.
