Job Context:
∎ Duration : Upto September 2024
∎ Project Location : Ukhiya & Teknaf Upazila (Host & Camp), Cox’s Bazar
∎ Job Summary: The Training Instructor will be responsible for the on-the-ground implementation, coordination, and monitoring of activities related to the “Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM) project for Food Security & Livelihood and Child protection secotrs” at Ukiya & Teknaf Upazila (Host & Camp) in Cox`s Bazar.. This role involves working closely with local communities, project participants, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Curriculum Development:
∎ Design and develop training curricula based on the objectives and requirements of the program or organization.
∎ Create instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on activities to facilitate effective learning.
∎ Training Delivery:
∎ Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, ensuring engagement and understanding among participants.
∎ Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and practical exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
∎ Skill Transfer:
∎ Transfer knowledge and skills to participants in a way that is accessible and applicable to their roles or responsibilities.
∎ Foster a positive and participatory learning environment.
∎ Assessment and Evaluation:
∎ Develop and administer assessments to gauge participant understanding and skill acquisition.
∎ Provide constructive feedback to participants to support their continuous improvement.
∎ Adaptability:
∎ Modify training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and levels of expertise among participants.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends and updates to ensure training content remains relevant.
∎ Technology Integration:
∎ Incorporate technology and e-learning tools into training programs, where applicable, to enhance the learning experience.
∎ Utilize multimedia resources effectively to support training objectives.
∎ Participant Engagement:
∎ Encourage participant interaction, questions, and discussions to enhance the learning experience.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes collaboration among participants.
∎ Documentation:
∎ Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, performance, and feedback.
∎ Prepare and submit training reports as required by the organization.
∎ Continuous Improvement:
∎ Seek feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in training programs.
∎ Participate in professional development activities to enhance instructional skills and knowledge.
∎ Safety and Compliance:
∎ Ensure that training programs adhere to safety standards and compliance requirements, particularly in fields with safety considerations.
∎ Provide information on relevant regulations and best practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ Proven experience as a training instructor, preferably in the specific field or industry of the training program.
∎ Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
∎ Flexibility to adapt training content and methods based on the needs and characteristics of the audience.
∎ Ability to handle unexpected challenges during training sessions.
∎ Proficiency in using multimedia tools and e-learning platforms.
∎ Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning methods.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and create a positive learning environment.
∎ Patience and empathy in addressing diverse learner needs.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the subject matter or industry relevant to the training program.
∎ Continuous learning and staying informed about industry trends.
∎ The Training Instructor plays a critical role in facilitating effective learning experiences for participants. The position requires a combination of instructional expertise, adaptability, and effective communication skills to ensure that participants acquire the knowledge and skills outlined in the training objectives.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated Salary Including Fringe Benefit per month BDT 25,000
