Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master degree in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in hotel management/hospitality from any reputed educational institution will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup a new Hospitality Training Institute covering all needs.
∎ Manage operational activities of the training institute including staffing, facilities, and coordination.
∎ Develop corporate training strategies and initiatives that reflect the organization goals.
∎ Prepare training plans including course materials, syllabus etc.
∎ Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate the training
∎ Collaborate with educational institutes to provide specializing training.
∎ Supervise instructors to get maximum teaching results.
∎ Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with authority.
∎ Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness and success.
∎ Manage training budget and reports to authority.
∎ Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
∎ Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have minimum 05 years practical work experience in a reputed Hospitality Training Institute/Center in a leading position.
∎ Must be experienced in Hospitality management.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Good looking, smart and physically fitness.
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Must have excellent administrative skill.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have good computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
