Responsibilities & Context:

Data Path Ltd. views the Training Coordinator as a key to the success of new employees and a developer of all employees. Primarily responsible for developing effective learning campaigns, the Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, implementing, and facilitating internal training programs which align with our business goals and company values. Tasked with providing stellar internal client service, the Training Coordinator will enhance DataPath’s learning and development strategy via various training methodologies. The Training Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Director, Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities   

  • Design, develop, coordinate, implement, and facilitate new employee orientation including Datapath’s organizational structure, mission/vision/values, technology tools, products, and strategies.

  • Research requirements for departmental training needs by collaborating with leaders to identify gaps and build training roadmaps and curricula for specific departments.   

  • Manage training projects from brainstorming through delivery and reengineering post retrospective analysis.

  • Assess mergers and acquisitions (M&A) staff training needs and execute accordingly.

  • Coordinator with leadership to create and implement a scalable training function within HR to enhance the employee experience through learning and development.

  • Evaluate training impact, create, and generate metrics and reports, and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Coordinator with employees to create individual plans toward achieving their career goals.

  • Document training procedures and maintain materials.

  • Coordinator with leadership to establish team specific 30/60/90 day onboarding plans.

  • Create a methodology for managing credential program budget and success.

  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
