Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day to day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the training center.
∎ Supervise staff , trainers and administrative personnel.
∎ Coordinate the development and regular updating of training programs to meet industry standards.
∎ Conducts regular assessments and audits to maintain high training standards.
∎ Organize professional development and training programs for instructor.
∎ Ensure students discipline, attendance and performance tracking.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of training equipment and infrastructure.
∎ Maintain documents and records required by regulatory bodies.
