∎ This position is responsible for ensuring training & development of security guards and develop and implement security training policies, protocols and procedures to achieve the company`s goal

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, plan, monitor and provide induction orientation to every security personnel.
∎ Arrange security core and specialist learning programmes for security personnel.
∎ Assesses training needs, identify, design and deliver training program to security personnel
∎ Keep up to date with development in training methodology and security issues
∎ Develop and update training module and deliver accordingly
∎ Develop & implement a yearly training calendar
∎ Initiate & update training evaluation tools
∎ Keeping records of training & maintaining proper documentation
∎ Continuous personal development related to new job context/challenges
∎ Continuous development on technology
∎ Any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the line manager or organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to drive motorbike & Physical Fitness
