Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A. Key Activities:
∎ Supervise the enrollment process of training participants in a specific trade, ensuring they meet the prequalification criteria.
∎ Ensure the effective delivery of the Competency Standard (CS) and Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM) developed by UNHCR.
∎ Implement and administer all assessment and quality assurance procedures in consultation with the LSDS Sector of ISCG Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Support, train, and guide learners, fostering their personal and professional attitudes, skills, and abilities to ensure successful completion of qualifications.
∎ Liaise and share best practices with peer trainers, the Internal Quality Assurance Team, and the MPWC Manager, attending regular progress and standardization meetings.
∎ Coordinate with other trainers to ensure all necessary monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes are in place.
∎ Analyze training needs and gather feedback to inform future planning and modifications to existing programs.
∎ Follow up with fellow trainers, providing feedback and supporting their continuous professional development.
∎ Connect former training participants with program and project activities.
∎ B. Reporting Activities:
∎ Assist both the MPWC Manager and Livelihood Manager in preparing monthly reports on the progress and achievements of each learner.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality assurance, assessment, registration, and certification activities.
∎ Disseminate information and feedback from monitoring activities, ensuring all actions are completed within specified timelines.

∎ Assist the project implementation team in conducting regular monthly and ad-hoc meetings.
∎ Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and field challenges, ensuring timely solutions are found.
∎ Ensure logistics and security for project staff following the organization’s policies and procedures, in coordination with the Logistics department.
∎ Foster a friendly working environment for all staff members and promote an appropriate learning culture while adhering to safeguarding principles.

∎ Key Relationship and Reporting:
∎ This position will directly report to the Livelihood Manager and will closely coordinate with the Multi-Purpose Women Center (MPWC) Coordinator, Livelihood Manager It will also involve collaboration with the Program Manager, M&E Manager, MPWC Facilitators, Community Volunteers, stakeholders, and other project team members.
∎ Job Context:
∎ RW Welfare Society (RWWS) in partnership with UN Women has been actively involved in implementing the project titled “Promoting the Socio-Economic Recovery, Participation, and Leadership of Women and Young Women through Skill Development in the Host and Rohingya Community”. RWWS is the responsible party of UN Women and funding from the Swedish Government (Sida) and the Government of Japan. This initiative has been crucial in empowering women living in Palongkhali Union (Host), Rohingya Camp 14 of Ukhiya Upazila, and Camp 25 (a combination of host and nearby Rohingya communities) of Teknaf Upazila in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ The Multi-Purpose Women Center (MPWC) established by RWWS is serving as a vital support hubs, offering essential services, livelihood skill development, accelerated learning programs, etc. The project is providing and facilitating need-based vocational skill training in Bakery and Pasty, Industrial Sewing, and Livestock and Poultry Rearing with the alignment of the sector recommended guideline. The main objective of the intervention is to empower women and girls by equipping them with transferable skills that meet labor market demands.
∎ The project is seeking 03 Vocational Trainers at present who will be responsible for delivering the govt. of Bangladesh and the ISCG Sector recognized trade-specific 360 days curriculum for the following selected trades:
∎ Bakery and Pasty- 01
∎ Industrial Sewing- 01
∎ Livestock and Poultry Rearing- 01
