Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ● Providing hands-on training to participants and guiding them through practical exercises.
∎ ● Conducting the interview, evaluation, written test, lab test of the trainees
∎ ● Guiding the trainees to perform in their practices and Industry-oriented projects
∎ ● Assisting participants with questions and concerns related to IoTtechnologies.
∎ ● Providing feedback to management on the effectiveness of the training program.
∎ ● Maintaining accurate training records and reporting on training progress to management.
∎ ● Developing training materials such as presentation slides, handouts, and exercises.
∎ ● Preparing and updating course content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
∎ ● Evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions and making improvements as necessary.
∎ ● Keeping up-to-date with the latest IoTtechnologies and tools to provide the most relevant training.
∎ ● Collaborating with other trainers and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive training programs.
