∎ Must be a holder of NSC in Graphic Design, NTVQF Level -3
∎ Graduated from any reputed University in IT Discipline

∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Teach fundamental and advanced concepts of graphic design, including color theory, typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
∎ Instruct students on using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
∎ Guide students through practical projects like logo design, posters, brochures, social media graphics, and UI mockups.
∎ Encourage creativity while ensuring design principles are applied correctly.
∎ Develop and update lesson plans, assignments, project briefs, and resource materials.
∎ Align the course content with current design trends, industry standards, and digital platforms.
∎ Evaluate students’ skills and creativity through project work, quizzes, and presentations.
∎ Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement in both technical and aesthetic aspects.
∎ Assist students in compiling their best work into a professional portfolio for job or freelance opportunities.
∎ Offer guidance on showcasing work on platforms like Behance or Dribbble.
∎ Ensure all design software, tools, and resources are properly installed and maintained in the training lab.
∎ Maintain a creative and inspiring learning environment.
∎ Provide tips on building a freelance profile, working with clients, setting rates, and handling projects.
∎ Guide students on job interview preparation, resume building, and applying for creative roles.
∎ Encourage innovation and experimentation through design challenges and peer critiques.
∎ Inspire learners by sharing famous design case studies and personal
∎ experiences from the industry.
∎ Organize design exhibitions, guest sessions, or webinars with professional designers (if applicable).
∎ Keep students updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.
∎ Maintain records of student attendance, assignment submissions, and progress reports.
∎ Submit regular updates to program coordinators or institute management.
